Positive: That's not the typical airbnb-style apartment, more of a serviced one (though we did not ask for any cleaning during our short stay) with hotel-style indoor slippers, 24h reception/security (no concierge though). The apartment is in Miraflores, close to shopping and restaurants. The hosts seem to aim Aparts 4 Days flats to business people and you can see this reflected in proper mesh wifi (just make sure the APs are plugged in) and business/finance/economics books left on the shelves. It's also very clean with stylish decorations. The host (Melanie) has been very prompt and helpful throughout our stay, arranged for airport pickup as well and allowed us to keep the luggage on the day of checkout until afternoon as we had a late flight. We realised late on the first night (around 11pm) that there was no duvet for the third bedroom. She promptly sorted this out and sent one before midnight.
Negative: Just be careful that the hot water runs out in maximum 10min, especially if you keep the rain shower on max (I'd suggest some pressure regulators/adapters to reduce the flow). It's sufficient for the first two people but we were a party of 5 and thought we could use both showers simultaneously. Minor inconvenience though, just wait a few more minutes for the tank to heat up. The mains plugs in the apartment are mostly type C (European-style) and they seem to be narrower than usual as we couldn't plug some of our devices/adapters (we also mostly brought type A, US-style, adapters with us). However, there were a few type C to type A left around in the apartment and we sorted it out.
